Do I need to sort my washing into loads?

It’s totally up to you - it’s easier if you do so we wash it exactly as you would like it but if you haven’t we can sort it into whites and darks no problem!

Do I bring my own powder?

We have everything here that we need - we use a Professional Grade Laundry Detergent and Lenor Fabric Conditioner - we have non-bio available upon request. If you prefer to bring your own that’s fine too.

What about stains?

Just let us know if any items require some extra attention. We can not guarantee to remove stains but we love a challenge and we have our own secret weapon too!

How are clothes dried?

We tumble dry all items on a low heat. We always try and pull out any items we think should not be dried but if you know of any just let us know and we can hang them.

How is my laundry processed?

When you drop your laundry in we tag up each bag - the tag is then attached to the washing machine when it’s loaded - transferred the drier and then attached to your laundry for your collection.

Is my laundry washed with other peoples.

Under no circumstances – you have your own load and we never mix laundry.

What if I am not in for my delivery?

No problem at all we can leave it in a safe place if that’s OK with you?

How do I Pay for my Delivery?

Either cash to the driver or Bank Transfer - or you can call and pay over the phone?

Do you do Ironing?

YES - we do but due to demand it does take a little longer - we can still have your laundry ironed and returned within a few days.

How long does Dry Cleaning take?

Our Dry Cleaning is done “off site” so our turnaround is usually 4/5 days.

How do you know which duvet is mine - they all look the same?

We “check in” your Duvet with a ticket system - you have a copy, we have a copy and one copy is attached to your duvet.
